LIQUID SMOKED FLAVORS

New Max offers Liquid Smoke Flavors that are formulated in oil and water soluble forms. They add a smoked aroma and flavor to meat products, both cooked and fresh.

  • Increase shelf life (mycobacterial action and surface protection); 

  • Smoked Flavor;

  • Development and standardization of the surface color or keeping the original food coloration; 

  • Amplifies flavor.

NATURAL AROMAS AND ESSENCIAL OILS

They are aromatic substances able to provide or intensify food flavors. Essential Oils can be blended and applied to a wide variety of food products.
